PACE CAR RACER

ELLA REBELLION
PALE, 6% ABV, 75 IBU
Rebellion was created by Bear Republic’s brewers as a single hop pale ale to showcase the characteristics of new hop varietals and old favorites. Always brewed with the same American and English malts, the soft malt character allows the unique flavor and aroma of the Ella to shine.
ELLA
PALE, 6% ABV, 75 IBU
Rose-like flavor and aroma, pithy citrus, hints of licorice, and a pleasant, well-rounded bitterness. 13.5-16.5% alpha, 2.4-3.4mI/IOOg oil content. Grown in Australia.
TARTARE ROUGE
AMERICAN WILD RED ALE, 6% ABV, 10 IBU
Released from Foeder Number Two in our spontaneous ale program, Tartare Rouge™ is a sour red ale fermented using only airborne wild yeast and bacteria native to Alexander Valley in Sonoma County.
HERITAGE
AMERICAN WILD ALE, 7% ABV, 17 IBU
Heritage is Bear Republic’s Scottish Wee Heavy. The bulk of the grain bill is made up of Golden Promise malt from the UK, backed up by a blend of specialty English caramel malts. Fermented with our house strain of Scottish yeast at cool temperatures to extract a clean, yet fruity ester profile. Lightly hopped with East Kent Golding hops, this big and malty ale is true to the Norgrove Family’s Scottish Heritage, the “North Grove” of Sonoma County.
RACER 5
AMERICAN IPA, 7.5% ABV, 75 IBU
This hoppy IPA is a full bodied beer brewed with malted barley, wheat, and crystal malts. The malt base is designed to highlight the unique floral qualities Columbus and Cascade hops from the Pacific Northwest. Racer 5 is one of America’s most medal winning IPAs. There’s a trophy in every glass.
MERBEAR
IPA, 7.5% ABV, 65 IBU
A Rye IPA collaboration with San Diego’s pioneering Coronado Brewing Company. The pungent and layered blend of Ella, El Dorado, Equinox, and Azacca dry hops coupled with a whirlpool addition of Buddha’s Hand creates an aromatic explosion, ending with a spicy malt caramel backbone.
BIG BEAR BLACK STOUT
AMERICAN STOUT, 8.1% ABV, 50 IBU
Big Bear is a big, black, stout you can really sink your teeth into. The bold, roasty, caramel malt flavor is balanced by Centennial and Cascade hops.
CUVEE DE BUBBA
AMERICAN WILD ALE, 9% ABV, 35 IBU
A custom blend of the beers of Bear Republic, Cuvee de Bubba is allowed to undergo a secondary fermentation in oak barrels using only the wild microflora and fauna native to the Alexander Valley in Sonoma County. The Cuvee has a bouquet of stone fruits and a boasts a complex flavor profile of malt backed by a hint of tobacco and finishes with cherry pie sourness.
So, are you gonna come get a taste of the liquid gold at this end of the Iron Press rainbow or what?! Our little kitchen leprechauns are putting together an Irish-rific specialty dinner and dessert.
