CITRA PALE
Pale Ale, 5.5% ABV
A straightforward and balanced American Pale. Then we add an insane amount of Citra for a double dry hop. A hop monster with a whole lot of citrus aroma up in yo face! Our pale is perfect pedestal to showcase the absolutely fantastic flower.
WET HOPPED SIMCOE PALE
American Pale Ale, 5.5% ABV
Crisp perfection! The fresh Simcoe hops are only available once a year so this guy is beyond specialty.
WHITE DOG IPA
IPA, 6.7% ABV
We use of 50% wheat instead of barley in this beer, but this beer has very little in common with “wheat” beer. Light mouthfeel, with bright citrus and grassy New Zealand hop notes. An IPA that Hop Heads will love.
STATION NO.1 RED
American Red, 6.7% ABV
Layers of malt provide notes of bread, toast, biscuit and light caramel. Deep mahogany tones.. and believe it or not, this one is NOT Hoppy. I know… shocker, but this mellow malt forward beer is a fabulous anytime brew, approachable for all those who are a bit shy of hops and bitterness.
BLUE HOUSE IPA
American IPA, 7% ABV
Full bodied, with a deep amber tone. While a slight departure from “West Coast IPA” in color, the beer’s dry finish and huge hop aroma keep it well within the style. Bright tropical fruit and pine notes dominate, and pair well with a touch of malt backbone.
MAYBERRY IPA
Specialty IPA, 7.2% ABV
Mosaic hops take center stage in this outrageously fruity IPA. Mandarin orange and kiwi marry well with tropical notes of guava and ripe mango.
WET HOPPED MAYBERRY IPA
IPA, 7.2% ABV
Single IPA using Mosaic fresh hops. We took our standard Mayberry IPA and subbed FRESH MOSAIC HOPS for this one.
HYPERION'S CASK
Specialty Cask, 7.8%
Our Hyperion's Double Vanilla Stout with the addition of Coconut and Coffee, barreled up and ready for your guzzling pleasure.
SMOKY HOLLOW
Scotch Ale, 8.1% ABV
This seasonal ale is bready, malty and has a mellow caramel character. Flavors of earth and smoke evocative of the great Scotch whiskeys of Islay in our Scotch Ale.
TWO-5-LEFT DIPA
Double IPA, 8.2% ABV
Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Cascade and Chinook. A brazenly hop forward beast of a beer with a huge passionfruit nose. Subtle caramel characters provide a malt backbone to shoulder a massive amount of dry hopping that gives this beer its unique flavor and aroma.
HAMMERLAND
DIPA, 8.6% ABV
Named after the infamous surf spot in the South Bay situated between El Segundo and El Porto known for awesome local breaks! A sleek and deceptive Double IPA filled with flavors of Blueberries and overall super dankness!
DEVIL'S PATH
Imperial Red, 8.9% ABV
Like a big brother to Station No.1 and all hopped up. Simcoe, Centenniel and Amarillo pack a 1-2-3 punch and give a bright fruity pop to the bready malt driven base. This is only the second time this guy's been released, so definitely grab a pour before it's gone!
CITRAMONGOUS: WET HOPPED CITRA DIPA
Double IPA, 9% ABV
Fresh Citra hops galore!! DO NOT skip this incredible double IPA.
