Our killer lineup from Figueroa Mountain Brewing is here... bask in the glory with us! It's a solid variety of their flagship beer, along with some super specialty kegs we're all super stoked to try with you. We've got their delicious Gold Lager on deck - 'Dortknox', a Beachwood Brewing & BBQ collaboration brew, as well as the awesome Cask they'll be bringing by, and all the other hop-tastic and malty goodness.

Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. Beer Lineup

 

WEISS WEISS BABY
WEISSBIER, ABV 4.5%, IBU 30
Perfect for the new warmer weather, Weiss Weiss baby is a crisp, refreshing ale that pays homage to FigMtnBrew President Jaime Dietenhofer’s talent of knowing all the words to Vanilla Ice’s “Ice, Ice Baby.” A light-bodied, filtered Crystal Weiss beer filled with notes of fresh cut grass and a hint of baked bread that finishes with the slightest bit of spice. Enjoy this refreshing beer on a warm spring day.

FMB "101"
KOLSCH-STYLE ALE, ABV 4.8%, IBU 20
alifornia means sand, surf and sun on the One-Oh-One, and the Central Coast is no exception. Here the mountains meet the sea, and we brewed this kolsch-style beer as the best of both worlds. Fermented like an ale and cold-conditioned like a lager, this delicious craft brew has a delicate, fruity aroma and finishes crisp and clean.

DORTKNOX
DORTMUNDER GOLD LAGER, ABV 5.4%, IBU 0
In a collaboration with Julian Shrago of Beachwood BBQ and Brewing, Head Brewer Kevin Ashford of FigMtnBrew Santa Barbara has brewed a Dortmunder style lager. “Dort Knox” gold lager pays homage to the traditional style lagers of Dortmund Germany, with a sound hop bitterness that is balanced by malt character coming from pilsner and Munich style malts.

DANISH RED LAGER
VIENNA LAGER, ABV 5.5%, IBU 23
Inspired by the red lagers of Denmark and the signature red color of the Danish flag. This quality brew is crafted with seven kinds of specialty malts to produce layers of rich, caramel malt flavor and a full body. This beer is fermented with a European lager yeast and cold-conditioned for an extended period of time for a very clean profile.

PARADISE ROAD
BOHEMIAN PILSNER, ABV 5.5%, IBU 20
Paradise Road is the namesake of our clean and crisp Bohemian style lager. This beer derives all of its character from the very delicate balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Medium-bodied and malt-forward, the flavor of this beer is reminiscent of honeysuckle and fields of grain with a soft background of hop aroma.

STAGECOACH STOUT
OATMEAL STOUT, ABV 5.6%, IBU 17
Bursting with layers of dark caramel, chocolate, and roast malt flavors. The addition of oatmeal to the grist gives this brew a silky, satin mouthfeel and increased body. As dark as Santa Ynez at midnight, with hints of chocolate, espresso and smoke. It is a full-bodied, intensely-rich ale with a velvety-smooth finish.

DAVY BROWN ALE
AMERICAN BROWN ALE, ABV 6%, IBU 29
Davy Brown Ale is a deep, mocha-colored beer that combines caramel and chocolate malts with Northern Brewer and Cascade hops. Loaded with chocolate and coffee played against citrus and stone fruit and a mellow bitterness. Rich and complicated.

CASK: DAVY BROWN (WITH MAPLE & COCONUT)
AMERICAN BROWN ALE, ABV 6%, IBU 29
Our delicious brown ale's chocolate and malty flavors meet maple syrup and coconut in this specialty cask brewed just for tonight!

MONSIEUR SPENCOIR
FRENCH FARMHOUSE ALE, 6.2% ABV, 20 IBU
Spencer Middleton, a graduate from the BREN school of UCSB won a homebrew competition they threw about a year ago. As the winner spencer was offered a chance to brew his winning recipe at our Santa Barbara brew pub. Monsieur Spencoir is a twist on a traditional French Saison. Rather than using traditional noble hops, Spencer opted to use traditional American hop varietals Cascade and Centennial, which play well with the intense fruity character of the French Saison yeast. The beer is dry, fruity, and very drinkable.

HOPPY POPPY IPA
AMERICAN INDIA PALE ALE, ABV 6.5%, IBU 60
Hoppy Poppy IPA is a light-bodied, “west coast” IPA featuring Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe hops and poppy seeds. Like Figueroa Mountain in May, this brew is bursting with a bouquet of floral, citrusy hop flavors and aromas. This brew is dry, citrusy and floral. Bright aromas of grapefruit, orange oil, lemon zest and pine needles abound. The flavor is mellow and smooth with a very moderate lingering bitterness.

HURRICANE DECK DOUBLE IPA
AMERICAN DOUBLE IPA, ABV 8%, IBU 82
Hurricane Deck DIPA is designed with hopheads in mind. Brewed with three and a half pounds of hops per barrel, this massive IPA is loaded with woodsy, herbal and pine-like hop flavor and aroma. A four hop blend – Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and Cascade. The elevated alcohol content and skillful use of specialty malts emphasize the clean, crisp, complicated hop character.

LIZARD'S MOUTH IIPA
IMPERIAL INDIA PALE ALE, ABV 9.2%, IBU 90
Powerful aromas of guava, passionfruit, orange zest, and pine cascading into tropical hop flavors and finishing ultra clean and deceptively smooth. It’s like being snookered by a cantaloupe. Names like Citra, Mosaic and Nelson are big buzzwords among the lupulin fanatics. So, this one’s for you!
