Check out this line-up...

FROM THE BRUERY:

JARDINIER
Belgian, 4.9% ABV, 35 IBU’s

Jardinier, which is French for “gardener,” was inspired by the fresh, sessionable beers so often found on the Belgian dinner table. Bright and flavorful with an assertive hop character. This beer is easy drinking.

HUMULUS LAGER
American Lager, 7.4% ABV, 70 IBU’s

Extremely aromatic, hoppy beer, with citrus, pine, and intense herbal characteristics. We brew this beer with more than 3 pounds of hops per BBL, and it shows. We also use rice, a typically despised ingredient in beer, to lighten the body and make it more true to the American lager style.

RIDE THAT PONY
Hoppy Imperial Brown, 8.1% ABV
A rich complex brown with caramel, toffee & coffee notes.  The hopping actually brings a unique herbal bittering that compliments the the roasty flavors.  This combo will make your palate sing.

MISCHIEF
Golden Belgian Strong Ale, 8.5% ABV, 20 IBU’s
This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture.

SMOKING WOOD WITH COFFEE & VANILLA
Imperial Porter, 14% ABV, 30 IBU’s
Brewed with beachwood and cherrywood smoked malt, and aged in rye whiskey barrels, Smoking Wood is a delicious demonstration of what wood has to offer when it comes to beer. This imperial smoked porter is brewed with a hefty amount of rye malt, contributing to a full body and light spiciness. Toasty oak, caramel and vanilla flavors balance the smokiness, contributing to an intense yet refined flavor profile.

MELANGE #3, '14
American Strong Ale, 15% ABV, 35 IBU’s
A blend of three bourbon barrel aged strong ales. White Oak Sap, a wheat wine, our Anniversary Series old ale and our imperial Stout, Black Tuesday, join forces in this luxurious strong ale that links some of the best characteristics of each of the contributing beers. Chocolate, dark fruits, oaky vanilla and rich toffee-like character reach through the bourbon veneer.

FROM TERREUX:

HOTTENROTH ‘15
Berliner Weisse, 3.1% ABV
A tart, German-style Berliner Weisse that’s as authentic as it gets. We used lactobacillus and a hint of brettanomyces to sour this very unusual, low gravity wheat beer.

RUEUZE ‘14
Belgian Ale, 5.9% ABV, 3 IBU’s
The Bruery’s take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of lambics of different ages. Aged in oak barrels. This is one complex beer. Notes of hay, barnyard funk, apricots and olives play wonderfully with the balanced acidity.

TART OF DARKNESS ‘15
American WIld Ale, 7.0% ABV

Pours very dark brown with a khaki-colored head. Aroma is full of sour cherries, roasted malts, oak, dark chocolate, coffee & sweet toffee. Tastes of sour cherries, sweet caramel, chocolaty malts & oaky characters. This dark and lovely beer will make your mouth pucker with delight.

SOUR IN THE RYE WITH PEACHES ‘15
American Wild Ale, 7.6% ABV, 5 IBU’s
Heavily rye based sour ale with incredible spicy notes and tropical aromas. This is that beer that we’ve all come to love, but aged with peaches hand picked from a local farm. This one is meant for a beautiful summer day, but we think it’s good enough to make even an ice cold winter day feel warm.

Oude Tarte ‘15
Flemish Style Red, 8% ABV, 6 IBU’s
Aged in red wine barrels for 18 months. It’s pleasantly sour with hints of leather, dark fruit and toasty oak. Originating in style from the Flanders region of Belgium, near the French border, this dark, sour ale has roots deep in brewing history.

Gypsy Tart (Brand NEW beer)
Flanders Style Brown, 8.4% ABV
Delivering the sweet body and mildly tart finish that has won over numerous generations of beer drinkers in Europe. Our rendition of this wonderful beer style is perfect for both sour beer amateurs and advocates alike.

...Are your lips puckering up at just the thought of this delicious-ness? Trust us, you don’t want to miss this tap takeover!  We’ll have yummy food specials to pair with all these delicious brews. And it ain't a party unless our man Dj Lex is here. So, he’s going to humor us by busting out some great beer drinking/booty shaking tunes! We hope you can make it!

Smoochies,
The Iron Press Crew
