Happy Summer everyone. We have some super tasty and fresh food specials prepared for you all to enjoy tomorrow evening! All those Firestone Walker brews will go great with these dishes, so don't leave your stomachs on empty.
This bright and fresh dinner special was inspired by three of our very own servers' recent tropical adventure to Cancun. A truly refreshing and seasonal ingredient-based sammie, with our own waffley twist on it...
PANGASIUS WAFFLEUS
A panko-crusted white fish fillet, crunchy cucumber and red onion slaw, and diced mango all sandwiched between our original waffle. Don't forget to drizzle that cilantro lime sour cream over the top as you go.
And, trust us, tonight is not the night to skip dessert...
STICKEE S'MORE
A strawberry-infused waffle, roasted marshmallows, graham cracker crumble, and a 'Stickee Monkee' infused chocolate sauce drizzled on top.
This is basically dessert magic. Pair it with a glass of Firestone's Stickee Monkee for the ultimate experience!
