STONE: UNFILTERED ENJOY BY 02.14.16
IPA, 9.4% ABV
Unfiltered, its peach and tropical fruit hop flavors are amplified while its golden-hued color takes on a hazy appearance. It’s just as delicious as it’s filtered counterpart.

Black IPA, 9.4% ABV
Deep roastiness, intensely hoppy and should be enjoyed über fresh to experience its vibrant stone and tropical fruit flavors and dankness.
THE BRUERY: 2015 7 SWANS A SWIMMING
Belgian Quad, 11% ABV
Rich and complex, this robust dark ale juggles notes of raisin bread, dried apricots, burnt caramel and roasted pecans. The sweet flavors provide a full body and the bright yeast wafts the sweet holiday notes.
THE BRUERY: RUEUZE
Belgian Lambic, 5.9% ABV
Aged in oak barrels, this is one complex beer. Notes of hay, barnyard funk, apricots and olives play wonderfully with the balanced acidity.
BOULEVARD: TELL TALE TART
American Sour, 6.2% ABV
The subtle acidity of Tell-Tale Tart is answered by a soft, biscuity malt character, making this a sour ale that suggests, rather than announcing its tartness.
BOULEVARD: EARLY RISER COFFEE PORTER
Porter, 5.2% ABV
A blend of pale, caramel and chocolate malts with just a touch of wheat to form a round, smooth bodied beer with notes of coffee and chocolate that elevate rather than overpowering the beautiful coffee roastiness.
OMMEGANG: GNOMEGANG
Belgian Blonde, 9.5% ABV
Crisp with fruity esters balanced by a nice hop bitterness undertone, leaving a slight linger of sweetness.
OMMEGANG: TAKE THE BLACK STOUT
American Stout, 7% ABV
A deep black, almost opaque, hue with a full tan head. Deep aromas of dark chocolate, caramel malt and earthy hops, with light roastiness and a touch of fruitiness.
BRASSERIE D'ACHOUFFE: LA CHOUFFE
Belgian Blonde, 8% ABV
An unfiltered blonde beer which is refermented both in the bottle and in barrels. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander and tinged with hops.
BRASSERIE D'ACHOUFFE: N'ICE CHOUFFE
Belgian Brown, 10% ABV
A strong, brown beer that will warm you in the depths of winter. Spicy (thyme and curaçao) and tinged with hops, this is a very balanced beer. N’Ice CHOUFFE is an unfiltered beer which is re-fermented in the bottle and in barrels.
AVERY & RUSSIAN RIVER: COLLABORATION NOT LITIGATION
Belgian Strong Dark Ale, 8.72% ABV
Deep caramel flavor, with light touches of toffee, raisin and mild clove spice. Hints of woodiness and herbal character.
AVERY: WHITE RASCAL
Belgian Wheat, 5.6% ABV
Unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange pee,l producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale.
OSKAR BLUES: BREW HOUSE SPECIAL HOT BOX COFFEE PORTER
Porter, 6.4% ABV
A malted base extracted from English and German roasted and caramel malts. It’s filled with flavors like roasted nuts, crème brûlée, cocoa and caramel.
OSKAR BLUES: VELVET ELVIS
American Stout, 6.10% ABV
A full-bodied stout, with chocolate tones, a creamy finish and plenty of hops!
OSKAR BLUES: OLD CHUB ON NITRO
Scotch Ale, 8% ABV
Ale brewed with seven different malts, including crystal and chocolate malts. Old Chub also gets a dash of beechwood-smoked grains imported from Bamburg, Germany. Smokey and rich, but drinks smoothe.
SMOG CITY: THE NOTHING
Imperial Stout, 9.3% ABV
This double chocolate imperial stout is aged on raw cocoa nibs and is about as decadent as they come. This fan favorite is brewed once a year!
SMOG CITY: HOPTONIC IPA
IPA, 7.3% ABV
Flavor and aromas of West Coast hops with notes of orange, citrus peel, tropical fruits, guava and floral honey. The lightly toasted caramel malt balances the resinous hop flavors, yet balances the bitterness that make this beer a full bodied hop lover's paradise.
PIZZA PORT: PICK SIX PILSNER
Pilsner, 5.2% ABV
Crisp and drinkable! Tastes of fresh cut grass, clean dry hay, and green grape skin.
PIZZA PORT: INFAMOUS COFFEE STOUT
Imperial Stout, 10% ABV
Decadently rich with dark chocolate and blackened malt sugars. Espresso coffee notes carry through each sip with a mild earthy bitterness cutting across the brown sugar sweetness.
JULIAN: CHERRY BOMB CIDER
Cider, 6.99% ABV
The perfect balance of tart and sweet. 100% fresh-pressed hard apple cider blended with Montmorency Cherry juice.
JULIAN: BLACK & BLUE CIDER
Cider, 6.99% ABV
100% fresh-pressed hard apple cider blended with the juice from American-grown and sustainably farmed blackberries and blueberries.
BEAR REPUBLIC: CAFE RACER 15
Double IPA, 9.75% ABV
Aromas of bright citrus and resinous pine from the generous use of Citra, Amarillo, Cascade and Chinook hops which are complemented by a dry malt finish. The result is a high revving Double IPA that is loud and assertive.
BEAR REPUBLIC: CHER AMI
Belgian Single, 4.7% ABV
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Single, this light, fruity, and slightly spicy golden ale is an easy drinker.
MOTHER EARTH: CALI CREAMIN' ON NITRO
Vanilla Cream Ale, 5.2% ABV
Light cream ale with a malty backbone thanks to some flaked corn and honey malt. You’ll swear you’re drinking a cream soda.
MODERN TIMES: BLACK HOUSE ON NITRO
Oatmeal Coffee Stout, 5.8% ABV
Bursting with coffee aroma and flavor. An abundantly flavorful beer that's incredibly complex and aromatic, with loads of roast character and a chocolate-covered espresso bean finish.
