One last reminder…
You better get your stomach and beer hand ready for this Tuesday, January 19th, 2016! Stone Distributing is taking over 24 of our beer taps at the Packing House and it's going to be EPIC! We can't have these specialty beers without a specialty dinner and dessert to go with them either. So, check out what the kitchen will be churning out in honor of all this great beer!
DINNER SPECIAL:
WHEN I DIP, YOU DIP, WE DIP
Gooey, beefy and crispy! Wait 'til you get a load of our crispy fried shallot waffle! We packed it with shaved angus beef, sautéed jalapenos, mushrooms and grilled onions. Then, we set it under our broiler after we top it with provolone cheese! And, it wouldn't be a beef dip without a side of our onion au jus for drenching! ("Drenching", "dipping"... It's all good here at The Iron Press!)
DESSERT SPECIAL:
HOLY MOLE!
A dessert that will cha-cha across your tastebuds and make you yell, "Ole!" It starts out with lightly fried waffle dippers that are kissed with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Then we give you a side of spicy cinnamon hot chocolate sauce that we think would make your Abuelita proud! After that, the dunking and devouring is up to you!
This is going to be a night of big beers, big food and big fun! DJ Lex will be serving up some tasty tunes too! Hope you can make it!
